About

PAUL SULLIVAN FCIM FRSA

On paper, I was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2001, dual-qualifying as a solicitor in 2008. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) and a Chartered Marketer, with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

In practice, I worked as a Barrister for several years, followed by a decade as a law firm partner specialising in commercial dispute resolution, before taking up a consultancy role.

Beyond the courtroom, I have pursued voluntary interests in social welfare and poverty alleviation with Citizens Advice and the Trussell Trust.

Resilience
In 2011, I suffered a significant, permanent brain injury. Since then, I have learnt to walk, talk, and read again. Through adversity, I found my resilience.

“Real courage is… when you know you’re licked before you begin, but you begin anyway and see it through no matter what.”

Harper Lee (1926-2016)

I prefaced my LLM dissertation with this. Call it courage, thran, or resilience: I succeed, despite the odds.

How I can help you

“Knowledge itself is power.”

Sir Francis Bacon (1561-1626)

I pivoted as a knowledge lawyer, coupled with my flair for marketing, to translate legalese into plain English. I’m a rainmaker: I connect you, as an aspiring law firm client, with the legal solutions you need to get you where you want to be.
